Sabrina Sommer is a multidisciplinary designer from Houston, Texas. She went to school in Nebraska because it had the best campus art museum. She currently lives in New York City.
In May 2021 she graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design and a Bachelor of Journalism in advertising. She also holds minors in contemporary art history and multimedia journalism. She has also studied at the School of Poetic Computation in spring 2022 and fall 2023 under Sam Levigne.
She has a wide variety of experience in multiple disciplines. This includes photography, video and audio production/editing, photojournalism, UI/UX, Cinema4D, projection mapping, Adobe Creative Suite, html5/css/javascript, creative coding, exhibit design and collage illustration.
She has exhibited with Rhizome and freelanced for brands, musicians, and hospitality including Bacardi, Tei Shi, and Orient Express.
Sabrina Sommer is also a real human. She enjoys making elaborate playlists, watching crime documentaries, looking @ screens of all shapes/sizes, and eating pasta with the people she loves.
She is currently a designer on the Ford Editorial Social team at Wieden + Kennedy New York and is open to other freelance opportunities.
