PASSPORT CONTROL

OBJECTIVE:to create a poetry photo book with photographer Dahlia Dandashi.

OUTCOME: a small book touching on topics of diaspora, displacement, and the conflicting identites. Dandashi’s longing for bright colors of her upbringing in Dubai are told through the use of color, while certain images are spliced and collaged together much like her identity.
